机床优化选择的多级模糊综合评判模型及其算法

摘要 在生产中,机床设备的选择涉及到多个指标和多种方案的多目标决策,是一个繁琐复杂的问题。以如何能够从众多的机床设备中选用一台适合生产所用机床为研究对象,从机床的加工性能、经济性能、环境属性和人机属性四个方面进行了分析,建立了多级模糊综合评判模型,经过层次分析法确定了各因素的权重,从而计算得出了最优的机床设备选用方案。最后通过案例证明了该算法的正确性和实用性。 In production,the selection of machine tool equipment involves multi-objective decision-making problems of multiple indicators and multiple schemes,which is a tedious and complex problem.Based on how to select a machine tool suitable for production from many machine tool equipment as the research object,from the four aspects of machine tool processing performance,economic performance,environmental attributes and man-machine attributes,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established,and the weight of each factor is determined by hierarchical analysis method,so as to calculate The optimal machine tool equipment selection scheme is obtained.Finally,the correctness and practicability of the algorithm are proved through cases.
