摘要
文章介绍了一种应用于30 t/h铝锭铸造机生产线上的铝锭在线计量系统。本系统基于西门子PLC模块化设计理念,通过机械构件、电气系统硬件和软件编程,传感器对整跺铝锭的行走位置进行信号检测,由西门子PLC控制气缸顶起和降落工作台,完成铝锭的在线称重计量,并及时通过网络数据传输将计量信息反馈给仓库管理系统。从而完成铝锭生产信息的在线计量和数据传输存档。该优化设计提高了生产线的自动化程度和生产效率,降低了人工成本,提高了企业的经济效益。
The article introduces an aluminum ingot online metering system applied to a 30 t/h aluminum ingot casting machine production line.This system is designed following the modular concept of the Siemens PLC,utilizing mechanical components,electrical system hardware,and software programming,sensors signal the position of the aluminum ingot's movement,the Siemens PLC then manages the cylinder's actions to raise and lower the worktable,facilitating the online weighing and measurement of the aluminum ingots,the measurement information is promptly fed back to the warehouse management system through network data transmission.Thus,the online measurement,data transmission,and archiving of aluminum ingot production information can be accomplished.This optimized design has enhanced the automation and production efficiency of the production line,lowered labor costs,and increased the economic benefits of the enterprise.
