摘要
本文介绍了长沙市轨道交通地铁车辆普遍实施的维修方式,并针对地铁列车预防性计划维修进行创新与运用,率先推行了均衡修检修模式,采用均衡修检修模式在管理上发挥了最大效能,从而缩短了列车维修停运时间、提高列车的利用率和运行可靠性,有效降低了维修成本。通过对创新后的模式维修进行效果评价,认为列车整体故障率符合国家相关标准,维修模式创新对提高生产效率、节省维修成本具有重要意义。
This article introduces the maintenance methods commonly implemented for subway vehicles in Changsha's rail transit system,and innovates and applies preventive maintenance plans for subway trains.The balanced maintenance mode was first implemented,which maximizes management efficiency,shortens train maintenance downtime,improves train utilization and operational reliability,and effectively reduces maintenance costs.By evaluating the effectiveness of the innovative maintenance mode,it is believed that the overall failure rate of the train meets relevant national standards,and the innovation of maintenance mode is of great significance in improving production efficiency and saving maintenance costs.
