摘要
齿轮接触疲劳性能是齿轮设计中的关键指标,对齿轮的安全使用十分重要。本文结合文献调研、行业交流和课题研究经验,详述了国内渗碳淬火齿轮接触疲劳试验研究现状和发展趋势,对试验齿轮、试验原理、试验装置及试验方法进行综述,重点归纳对比了现有的齿轮接触疲劳试验方法,总结了各个试验方法的适用范围。最后,就加强小样本试验方法研究和结合机器视觉、人工智能进行试验研究两个方面进行了展望。
Gear contact fatigue performance is a key indicator in gear design and is crucial for the safe use of gears.This article combines literature research,industry exchanges,and research experience to describe the current status and development trends of contact fatigue testing of carburized and quenched gears in China.It summarizes the testing gears,testing principles,testing equipment,and testing methods,with a focus on summarizing and comparing existing gear contact fatigue testing methods,and summarizing the applicable scope of each testing method.Finally,prospects were made in two aspects:strengthening the research on small sample testing methods and combining machine vision and artificial intelligence for experimental research.
