智能制造背景下高职工业机器人专业人才培养路径研究

摘要 工业机器人在智能制造业中发挥着不可替代的作用,而培养高素质的工业机器人技术人才则是推动智能制造发展的关键。本文将探索“产业对接与需求导向、课程体系与教学资源建设、实践教学与技能提升、师资培养与团队建设、产学研合作与创新驱动”五方融为一体的高职院校工业机器人专业的人才培养路径。基于行业的发展趋势、技术变革以及企业对人才需求的信息,高职院校可以制定出更符合市场需求的人才培养方案,确保所培养的人才能够满足企业的实际需求。根据产业对接的结果,高职院校需要构建与工业机器人技术发展相适应的课程体系。通过创新课程体系、实践教学、团队创建和产学研合作等多种方式,将工业机器人技术复合型人才培养与生产实践紧密对接,稳步提升高职院校工业机器人专业人才培养质量,为智能制造迅速发展提供技术支持和人才支撑。 Industrial robots play an irreplaceable role in intelligent manufacturing industry,and training high-quality industrial robot technical talents is the key to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing.This paper explores the talent training path of industrial robot major in higher vocational colleges,which integrates"industrial docking and demand-oriented,curriculum system and teaching resources construction,practical teaching and skill improvement,teacher training and team building,industry-university-research cooperation and innovation-driven".Based on the development trend of the industry,technological change and the information of enterprises'demand for talents,higher vocational colleges can develop talent training programs that are more in line with the market demand to ensure that the trained talents can meet the actual needs of enterprises.According to the results of industrial docking,higher vocational colleges need to build a curriculum system that ADAPTS to the development of industrial robot technology.Through innovative curriculum system,practical teaching,team creation and industry-university-research cooperation and other ways,the training of industrial robot technology composite talents is closely connected with production practice,steadily improve the training quality of industrial robot professionals in higher vocational colleges,and provide technical support and talent support for the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing.
