With the rapid development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,CNC machining has become a core profession in the field of intelligent manufacturing.The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to build a matching CNC machining professional group under the background of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and its application and research in practice.Through literature review,field investigation and case analysis,this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the construction of CNC machining professional groups,and provides powerful technical and talent support for the development of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
