摘要
心血管代谢性疾病(cardiometabolic disease,CMD)是心血管疾病和代谢性疾病的总称。白脂素(asprosin,ASP)作为新型脂肪因子,其循环高水平及其促食欲、升糖和促炎等生物学功能参与肥胖、2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)、非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)、冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)等CMD的发生。运动能降低CMD患者血清ASP水平,并可能进一步通过TLR4/NF-κB途径降低炎症反应和脂质沉积、通过PKA调控AMPK/TGF-β途径调节血糖、通过TGF-β-Smad2/3相关通路改善心血管功能。本文从白脂素在CMD中作用及可能机制以及运动调节等方面进行综述。
Cardiometabolic disease(CMD)is a general term for metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases.Asprosin(ASP),as a new adipokine,is involved in the occurrence of CMD such as obesity,type 2 diabetes mellitus,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,coronary artery disease due to its high circulating levels and biological functions such as appetite promotion,glucose elevation,and pro-inflammatory effects.Exercise can reduce serum ASP levels in CMD patients and may further reduce inflammatory response and lipid deposition through TLR4/NF-κB pathway,regulateing blood sugar through AMPK/TGF-βmediated by PKA,and improving cardiovascular function through TGF-β-Smad2/3 pathways.This article provides a review on the role and possible mechanisms of ASP in CMD,as well as the regulation of exercise.
