摘要
随着现代工业的发展,节能减排逐渐成为各领域研究的热点问题。在林产工业行业贯彻落实国家“双碳”目标的背景下,家具作为木制林产品的终端产品之一存在着较大的储碳功能潜力,但仍存在产业能耗大、产业结构变革缓慢等弊端。基于生命周期评价方法,以一套实木餐桌椅作为研究对象,构建该产品的生命周期清单,并对其进行碳排放数据的转化,对各阶段能耗碳排进行计算与分析,旨在为行业的能源消耗与碳排放数据提供参考,并为后续木制品的生命周期评价相关研究奠定基础。对实木桌椅各阶段的能源消耗和碳排放数据分析结果表明,在实木家具生产制造过程中,碳排放量最大的为原料运输阶段,占总体的48%,其次是干燥阶段,占比36%。降低实木家具碳排放量的措施是优化木材资源分配利用结构,改良干燥工艺,使用联合干燥方法。
With the development of modern industry,energy conservation and emission reduction have gradually become a prominent focus in various research fields.Against the background of the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals being implemented in the forest industry,furniture,as one of the end products of wooden forest products,holds significant potential for carbon sequestration.However,there are still drawbacks,such as high industrial energy consumption and slow industrial structure transformation.Employing the life cycle assessment method,a set of solid wood dining tables and chairs was used as the research object to construct a product life cycle inventory,and the associated carbon emission data was transformed.The energy consumption and carbon emissions of each stage were calculated and analyzed,aiming to provide reference data for energy consumption and carbon emissions data in the industry and lay a foundation for subsequent research on the life cycle assessment of wood products.The analysis of energy consumption and carbon emissions data for the various stages of solid wood tables and chairs production reveals that the largest carbon emissions occur during the raw material transportation stage,accounting for 48%of the total,followed by the drying stage,which accounts for 36%。The measures to reduce carbon emissions from solid wood furniture include optimizing the distribution and utilization structure of wood resources,improving drying processes,and utilizing joint drying methods.
