基于模拟的中心性肥胖等级对坐姿臀腿部体压分布的影响

The Impact of Simulated Central Obesity Grades on the Distribution of Buttock and Thigh Pressure in Sitting Pressure

摘要 中心性肥胖人群是指由于腹部脂肪的过量堆积引起诸多问题的一类人群。本研究通过使用不同重量等级的硅胶假肚子模拟腹部脂肪,表征不同程度的中心性肥胖,并测量分析了不同中心性肥胖等级人群在多种坐姿下臀腿部的压力分布。同时,对中心性肥胖体型人群的身体尺寸和坐姿体压分布进行了相关性分析,重点探讨了腰围、腰臀比、和腰围身高比与坐姿体压指标的相互关系。结果显示:腹部大小与臀腿部最大压力和最大压力梯度显著相关,整体上呈正相关,但并非是腹部越大压力越大的线性关系,与平均压力、座椅压力分布SPD%(Percentage of Seat Pressure Distribution)以及接触面积无显著相关。此外,腰围与体压指标的相关性相对较高,最大压力梯度与腰围之间存在较高的正相关性,腰围的增加伴随着最大压力梯度的上升。该研究所取得结果能够为中心性肥胖人群的坐姿建议和座椅研发提供科学依据。 Central obesity,characterized by the excessive accumulation of abdominal fat,poses numerous health challenges.This study employed silicone prosthetic abdomens of varying weights to simulate different degrees of central obesity and analyzed the pressure distribution on the buttock and thigh areas across multiple sitting postures.Additionally,a correlation analysis was conducted between the anthropometric measurements of individuals with central obesity and the pressure distribution while seated,with a particular focus on the relationship between waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,and waist-to-height ratio with seated pressure indices.The findings indicate a significant positive correlation between abdominal size and both the maximum pressure and maximum pressure gradient on the buttock and thighs,although not in a linear fashion where larger abdomens would consistently yield higher pressures.No significant effects was found with mean pressure,percentage of seat pressure distribution(SPD%),or contact area.Furthermore,waist circumference demonstrated a relatively high correlation with sitting pressure indices,with a notable positive correlation existing between the maximum pressure gradient and waist circumference.The results obtained from this study can provide scientific guidance for seating recommendations and the development of ergonomically designed seating solutions for individuals with central obesity.
