中国农户桑蚕茧生产全要素生产率的变动与差异分析

Study On Variation and Differences of Total Factor Productivity of Silkworm Cocoon Production Among Chinese Farmers

基于17省(区、市)农户层面的微观投入产出数据,系统估计和分析2004—2020年中国农户桑蚕茧生产全要素生产率及其变动。结果表明,全国层面的农户桑蚕茧生产全要素生产率呈波动上升走势,规模农户桑蚕茧全要素生产率增长率高于普通农户;东部地区农户桑蚕茧全要素生产率增长率高于中部地区和西部地区,东部地区、中部地区、西部地区农户桑蚕茧生产全要素生产率年均增长分别为0.37%、0.23%、0.22%;各省(区、市)农户桑蚕茧生产全要素生产率走势存在差异。其中,江苏、浙江、重庆、四川、云南等10省(市)的农户桑蚕茧生产全要素生产率呈上升走势,广东、广西、贵州等7省(区)农户桑蚕茧生产全要素生产率呈下降走势。农户桑蚕茧生产配置效率改善对全要素生产率增长的贡献度较小,且年际变化较大。研究结果对于深入理解中国桑蚕茧产业变迁、推动行业高质量发展具有一定意义。

Based on the survey data from 17 provinces in China,the variation and disparity in total factor productivity of silkworm cocoon production among Chinese farmers from 2004 to 2020 were analyzed in this study.The results indicated that,the total factor productivity of silkworm cocoon production demonstrated a fluctuating upward trend at the national level,with large-scale farmers experiencing a faster rate of increase compared to ordinary farmers.The growth rate of total factor productivity of silkworm cocoons among farmers in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions.On average,the annual growth rate of total factor productivity of silkworm cocoon production in the eastern,central and western region were 0.37%,0.23%and 0.22%,respectively.There were notable divergences in the trends of total factor productivity among provinces,with 10 provinces(Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan etc.)exhibiting an upward trend and 7 provinces(Guangdong,Guangxi,Guizhou etc.)showing a downward trend.The contribution of improved allocation efficiency in farmers’silkworm cocoon production to the growth of total factor productivity appeared insufficient and exhibited significant year-to-year variability.This study bears considerable significance in deepening our comprehension of the evolution of the sericulture industry in China and in fostering high-quality development within the sector.
