摘要
为提高柞蚕饲料利用效率,以饲用益生菌枯草芽孢杆菌制剂为添食材料,探究其对柞蚕幼虫消化吸收率、中肠围食膜形态结构及消化酶活性的影响。结果显示,添食枯草芽孢杆菌制剂提高了柞蚕4龄和5龄幼虫的消化吸收率,添食组柞蚕5龄幼虫中肠围食膜结构紧凑,贴近中肠上皮细胞。同时,添食枯草芽孢杆菌制剂能提高肠道中相关消化酶的活性,促进柞蚕饲料的消化吸收。因此,通过添食枯草芽孢杆菌制剂能够改变柞蚕幼虫中肠围食膜结构形态,增强相关消化酶活性,进而提高消化吸收率,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to improve the feed resource utilization efficiency of Antheraea pernyi,the probiotic Bacillus subtilis agent was used as a feeding material to investigate its effects on the digestibility of Antheraea pernyi larvae,the morpho-logy and structure of midgut peritrophic membrane,and the activity of digestive enzyme.The results showed that feeding Bacillus subtilis agent increased the digestibility of the 4th and 5th instar larvae.The midgut peritrophic membrane of the 5th instar larvae in feeding group was compact and close to midgut epithelial cells.The addition of Bacillus subtilis agent could increase the activity of digestive enzymes in the intestine and promote the digestion and absorption of tussah feed.Therefore,feeding Bacillus subtilis agent can change the morphology of the midgut peritrophic membrane of Antheraea pernyi larvae,increase the activity of related digestive enzymes and thus improve the digestibility,which has a good prospect of application.
