基于生产性实训基地建设的国际化校企合作路径研究——以苏州中瑞智能制造创新实践基地为例

摘要 生产性实训基地是高等职业教育人才培养、产教融合、校企合作的重要载体。目前,国内的生产性实训基地建设存在着学校一头热、校企双方投入产出不均衡、管理机制不全面等诸多问题;需要以高质量人才培养为目标,引入先进国家的职业教育经验,找到学校与企业双方的契合点,结对形成利益共同体,实现生产性实训基地的良性运转。以苏州中瑞智能制造创新实践基地为例,系统阐述了智能制造背景下,中瑞共建的共享型生产性实训基地的合作背景、设计思路以及建设路径,以期对高职院校的实训基地建设提供参考。 The productive training base is an important carrier for talent cultivation of higher vocational education,the industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.At present,there are many problems in the construction of productive training bases in China,such as the enthusiasm of schools,the imbalance of input and output between both parties,and the incomplete management mechanism.It is necessary to take high-quality talent cultivation as the goal,introduce the vocational education experience of advanced countries,find the fit point between schools and enterprises,form a community of interests,and realize the benign operation of the productive training base.Taking the Suzhou China-Switzerland Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Practice Base as an example,this article systematically expounds the cooperation background,design ideas,and construction path of the shared productive training base jointly built by China and Switzerland under the background of intelligent manufacturing,providing a reference for the construction of training bases in higher vocational colleges.
