摘要
职业教育人才培养对乡村振兴发展起着重要的作用。当前高职建筑设计类专业教学中,专业教育与产业发展、科学研究、创新创业之间存在脱节,人才培养难以满足乡村振兴发展的需求。文章通过分析乡村振兴背景下的高职建筑设计类专业人才需求,提出了以“产教研创”一体化为培养路径,构建“多样化”的课程教学内容、打造“多位联动”的教学主体、搭建“多维一体”的教学平台、建全“多方协同”的评价机制,以期培养创新创业型、科研成果转化型、文化传承与设计创新型乡村振兴服务人才,从而推动乡村发展。
Vocational education talent training plays a crucial role in rural revitalization and development.Currently,there is a disconnect between professional education and industrial development,scientific research,and innovation and entrepreneurship in the teaching of architectural design in higher vocational colleges.This makes it difficult for the cultivated talents to meet the needs of rural revitalization and development.In response to these issues,this paper analyzes the demand for architectural design major talent in higher vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization.It is proposed to take the integration of“industry,teaching,research and innovation”as the training path,build“diversified”course teaching content,create“multi-linkage”teaching subjects,build a“multi-dimensional integrated”teaching platform,and build a“multi-collaborative”evaluation mechanism.The aim is to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents who can transform scientific research results,inherit culture,and design for innovative rural revitalization services,thereby promoting rural development.
