本科层次职业教育无人机专业人才培养体系研究

Research on the Talent Training System for UAV Major in Undergraduate Vocational Education

以民用无人机为主要飞行载体的低空经济正成为战略性新兴产业,对高素质创新型技术技能人才需求迫切。当前,本科层次职业教育作为完善现代职业教育体系的关键一环,是职业教育领域研究热点。无人机行业发展催生高端新业态,迫切需要开展本科职业教育无人机专业试点工作。文章聚焦无人机产业发展现状,对行业人才需求和培养现状进行深入分析,提出了本科职业教育无人机专业需要将学历教育和职业培训体系协同构建,重点讨论了无人机专业人才培养方案和职业培训方案的关键内容要素,最终构建出育训并举的高层次无人机专业人才培养体系。研究成果可以为职业院校开展本科职业教育试点提供参考,为低空经济和无人机产业高质量发展提供精准的人力资源支撑。

The low-altitude economy,with civil UAV as its main fly carrier,is becoming a strategic emerging industry,and there is an urgent need for high-quality innovative technical and skilled talents.Currently,undergraduate vocational education,as a key link in improving the modern vocational education system,is a research hotspot in the field of vocational education.The emerging high-end new formats in the UAV industry have brought an urgent need to carry out pilot work on UAV major for undergraduate vocational education.This paper focuses on the current development status of the UAV industry,deeply analyzes the industry’s talent demand and training status,proposes that the UAV major in undergraduate vocational education needs to coordinate the construction of academic education and vocational training system,focuses on the key content elements of the UAV major talent training program and vocational training program,and finally builds a high-level UAV major talent training system with both education and training.The research results can provide reference for vocational colleges to carry out undergraduate vocational education pilots,and provide precise human resources support for the high-quality development of low-altitude economy and UAV industry.
