摘要
我国自从启动1+X证书制度试点以来,职业院校作为实施主体,积极推动人才培养模式探索、“三教”改革、产教融合实践等工作。以东莞职业技术学院为例,通过其二级学院的混合所有制办学模式,组建行业产教融合共同体,推动构建“学历教育+职业技能培训”融合体系;立足专业群与产业链、技术链、岗位群的需求对接,将职业技能等级证书的考核内容融入人才群培养全过程,培养现代产业急需的复合型高质量技术技能人才群,更好地适应现代产业发展变化。
Since the launch of the pilot work of the 1+X Certificate system in China,vocational colleges have actively promoted the exploration of talent cultivation models,the“Three Education”reform,and the integration of industry and education practice,as the main implementing entities.Taking Dongguan Polytechnic as an example,through its mixed ownership education model of secondary colleges,an industry-education integration community is established to promote the construction of a“diploma education+vocational skill training”integration system.By aligning the needs of specialty groups with industry chains,technology chains,and post groups,integrating the examination content of vocational skill level certificates into the entire process of talent cultivation,we aim to cultivate a comprehensive and high-quality technical skill talent group urgently needed by modern industries,and better adapt to the development and changes of modern industries.
