摘要
2019年,国家提出开展本科层次的职业教育试点,在师资队伍方面,强化教师“双师”素质,对“双师型”教师占比、专兼教师等提出了明确要求。在对职业院校进行调研的基础上,针对“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题,以湖南软件职业技术大学电子商务专业“双师型”教师队伍建设实践为例,从“双师型”教师标准、师资培育、多元化教师队伍、激励和监督机制等方面探索“双师型”教师队伍的建设路径,以提高师资队伍质量和教学水平。
In 2019,the state proposed to carry out pilot vocational education at the undergraduate level.Strengthen the quality of“double-qualified”teachers in terms of teacher teams,and put forward clear requirements for the proportion of“double-qualified”teachers,and full-time and part-time teachers.Based on the investigation of vocational colleges,aiming at the existing problems in the construction of“double-qualified”teacher team,this paper takes the construction practice of“double-qualified”teacher team for e-commerce major of Hunan Software Vocational and Technical University as an example to explore the construction path of“double-qualified”teacher team from the aspects of“double-qualified”teacher standard,teacher training,diversified teacher team,incentive and supervision mechanism,to improve the quality and teaching level of teaching staff.
