基于LF-NMR技术分析SAP内养护剂在水泥净浆中的水分传输行为

摘要 本文基于低场核磁共振(Low-field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,英文简称“LF-NMR”)技术,原位表征了高吸水性树脂(Superabsorbent polymer,英文简称“SAP”)在水泥基材料内部的吸释水过程。结果表明,采用恰当的参数设置,可以定量区分水泥基材料中存在于水泥颗粒孔隙和SAP内部,这两种尺度范围具有明显差异的水;其中0.1ms~10ms为水泥基体孔隙中水的信号峰,而200ms~2000ms的峰是SAP内部水信号峰;随着水化过程的发展,所有信号峰强度均下降并左移。基体中,SAP在拌和后持续吸水,在凝结后开始快速释水。
