劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神辩证关系探析——以“真善美”的价值追求为视域

An Analysis of the Dialectical Relationship among Labor Model Spirit,Labor Spirit,and Craftsman Spirit—From the Perspective of the Value Pursuit of"Truth,Goodness,and Beauty"

劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神内涵丰富,其主体都是劳动者。三种精神对真善美的价值追求可以概括为“对劳动技能的精益求精”(技精)、“对劳动道德的至善追求”(德善),以及“对劳动审美的体悟之道”(道美)。由此着眼,三种精神从各自的内涵特征看,均有技精、德善、道美的价值追求,但侧重点与具体表现有所不同。故而在道美价值追求的视域内,三种精神遵循着由劳动精神的“热爱劳动”到劳模精神的“勇于创新”,再到工匠精神的“追求卓越”之逐次提升;而在德善价值追求的视域内,三种精神则遵循着由劳动精神的“诚实劳动”到工匠精神的“精益求精”,再到劳模精神的“甘于奉献”之逐次提升。

The labor model spirit,labor spirit,and craftsman spirit are rich in connotation,with laborers as their main subject.The value pursuit of the three spirits regarding truth,goodness,and beauty can be summarized as"pursuit of excellence in labor skills"(excellent skills),"pursuit of moral goodness in labor"(moral goodness),and"appreciation of beauty in labor"(aesthetic appreciation).Focusing on these aspects,each spirit embodies the value pursuits of excellent skills,moral goodness,and aesthetic appreciation,but with different emphases and specific manifestations.Thus,the three spirits,in terms of aesthetic appreciation,progress from the labor spirit's"love for labor",to the labor model spirit's"courage for innovation",andfinally to the craftsman spirit for"pursuit of excellence".Regarding moral goodness,the progression moves from the labor spirit's"honest labor",to the craftsman spirit's"excellent skills",and culminates in the labor model spirit's"willingness to contribute".
