Chinese Path to School P.E.Modernization:School P.E.Development Strategy with“Not One Less”

基于中国式学校体育现代化和高质量发展之需,探讨“一个都不能少”的学校体育核心要义、价值所在、现实之困及纾解之策。认为:“一个都不能少”的学校体育是全体学生、全程育人、全面育人、全员育人、全新育人的“一个都不能少”;其价值体现为人民至上主体性的初心如磐、人类命运共同体的同频共振、共同富裕防分化的普惠保障、公共服务均等化的制度要求、扶贫脱贫精准化的制胜法宝;其困囿主要有认识不全面、发展不平衡、发展不充分、制度不完善、落实不到位。建议:凝聚相关者共识,营造“一个都不能少”的全新育人生态;瞄准精准化短板,改善“一个都不能少”的全部薄弱环节;增强校内外循环,形成“一个都不能少”的全员复合动力;借势数字化枢纽,助推“一个都不能少”的全程优质均衡;推动一体化进程,督促“一个都不能少”的全域责任落实。

Literature review,field research and other research methods were used to explore the core meaning,value,realistic difficulties and solutions of school P.E.with“not one less”.The core essence,values,difficulties and countermeasures of the school P.E.was“not one less”,which encompasses all students,all educational process,all aspects,all staff and all new educational ideas.Problems came from incomplete understanding,inadequate development,unbalanced resource allocation and imperfect system.Suggestions were to consolidate the consensus of all parties to create a new educational ecosystem of“not one less”;to improve all vulnerable aspects of“not one less”,to enhance internal and external circulation to form an all hands cooperative system of“not one less”;to leverage digital hubs to promote high-quality and balanced implementation throughout the entire process of“not one less”;and to ensure the comprehensive responsibility of“not one less”fulfilled.
