主动健康视域下青少年脊柱弯曲异常防治体系研究

Prevention and Treatment System of Abnormal Spinal Curvature in Adolescents under Active Health Concept

青少年健康是健康中国建设的基础,而脊柱弯曲异常已成为继肥胖、近视后,危害青少年健康的第三大疾病。因此,以主动健康为中心、体教卫融合为手段,加快建设青少年脊柱弯曲异常防治体系是有效满足青少年脊柱健康需求的战略之举。研究认为,青少年脊柱弯曲异常防治体系构成要素主要包含参与主体、组织运行、要素支撑和服务供给四部分;其建设应坚持以“主动健康”为中心,借鉴“国内国外”两种经验,深化“体教卫”三方融合。当前我国青少年脊柱弯曲异常防治体系存在健康教育不足,脊柱健康素养薄弱;顶层设计不完善,多元主体协同不畅;要素保障不力,可持续发展受阻;服务供给不均衡,市场化程度偏低等问题。针对这些问题,提出一要加强健康教育,提升脊柱健康素养;二要完善顶层设计,健全政府部门协同机制;三要强化资源供给,健全支撑服务体系;四要推进服务均衡发展,加快服务市场化等方略。

Adolescent health is the foundation of the construction of the Healthy China initiative.However,abnormal spinal curvature has become the third major disease that endangers the health of teenagers after obesity and myopia.Therefore,it is a strategic move to speed up the construction of the prevention and treatment system of adolescent abnormal spinal curvature with active health as the center and the integration of sports,education and health as the means.It is shown that the elements of the system mainly include four parts:participants,organizational operation,element support and service supply.Its construction should focus on“active health”,adopting both domestic and foreign experiences for reference so as to deepen the integration of“sports,education and health”.At present,the prevention and treatment system of abnormal spinal curvature in China is inadequate in many aspects,including insufficient health education,weak spinal health literacy,incomplete top-level design,a lack of smooth collaboration among multiple stakeholders,hindered sustainable development,unbalanced service supply and low degree of marketization.In view of these problems,countermeasures should target at strengthening health education,improving spine health literacy;the top level design and the coordination mechanism of government departments,reinforcing the supply of resources,the supporting service system,the balanced development of services and accelerating the marketization of services.
