六机架UCM冷连轧机超高强钢板形控制技术

摘要 为解决超高强钢板形控制不佳、无法稳定生产的难题,国内某钢厂新建了新型5+1型冷连轧机组,并将第4机架配置为小辊径轧机,进而对新型超高强钢冷连轧机组的板形控制展开研究。首先,在分析了冷连轧机组UCM轧机板形控制执行机构能力的基础上,具体研究了机组二级板形控制系统的执行方式。其次,对第4机架小辊径轧机与常规轧机板形的控制能力进行对比分析,得出了小辊径轧机板形易恶化但弯辊调控能力更优的结论。最后,对超高强钢冷轧及前工序生产工艺进行具体的优化并应用于现场生产。超高强钢板形控制技术针对冷轧及前工序实际生产过程中板形控制提出了具体的优化方法,大大提升了超高强钢的板形实物质量,具有进一步推广应用的价值。 To solve the problem of poor plate shape control and unstable production of ultra-high-strength steel,a domestic steel mill built a new type of 5+1 cold rolling mill,and configured the fourth stand as a small roll diameter rolling mill,and then carried out research on the plate shape control of the new ultra-high-strength steel cold continuous rolling mill.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the ability of the plate shape control actuator of the UCM rolling mill in the cold continuous rolling mill,the execution mode of the two-stage plate shape control system of the unit was specifically studied.Then,the control ability of the small roll diameter mill of the 4th stand and the conventional roll mill was compared and analyzed,and the conclusion was that the plate shape of the small roll diameter mill was easy to deteriorate but the bending ability was better.Finally,the cold rolling and pre-process production processes of ultra-high-strength steel were optimized and applied to on-site production.The ultra-high-strength steel plate shape control technology proposes a specific optimization method for the plate shape control in the actual production process of cold rolling and the previous process,which greatly improves the physical quality of the plate shape of ultra-high-strength steel,and has the value of further promotion and application.
