习近平文化思想指导下社会档案文化观建设探析

Analysis on the Construction of Social Cultural Perspectives of Archives under the Guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture

习近平文化思想是新时代档案文化建设的根本指导思想,是为社会档案文化观建设锚定理论之“源”、涵养之“泉”、发展之“向”和建设之“循”的价值坐标。基于坐标定位,可归纳社会档案文化观建设主要由社会档案文化自信、社会档案文化治理、社会档案文化资源开发和社会档案文化传播构成。进一步指出社会档案文化观建设需要从发挥档案工具价值、形成中国特色档案文化治理理论范式、创新档案内容挖掘形式和开发方式、长期坚持社会档案文化传播等四个方面展开。

Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is the fundamental guiding ideology for the con⁃struction of archival culture in the new era,an⁃choring the value coordinates of the"source"of theory,"fountain"of cultivation,"direction"of de⁃velopment and"method"of construction for the fostering of social archives culture perspec⁃tives.Based on these coordinates positioning,it can be concluded that the construction of social archives culture perspectives is mainly com⁃posed of social archives cultural self-confi⁃dence,social archives cultural governance,so⁃cial archives cultural resources development and social archives cultural dissemination.It is further pointed out that the construction of so⁃cial archives culture perspectives needs to start from the four aspects of giving full play to the in⁃strumental values of archives,forming the theo⁃retical paradigm of archival cultural governance with Chinese characteristics,innovating the forms of archival content excavation and devel⁃opment,and insisting on the dissemination of social archives culture in the long run.
