高校思政课实践教学“全覆盖”研究——基于大理大学“学生骨干宣讲法”的调查与思考

Research on the "Full Coverage" of Practical Teaching in Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities:Investigation and Reflection Based on the "Student Cadre Preaching Method" of Dali University

实践教学是高校思政课增强教学针对性和实效性的重要方式和关键环节。大理大学推广的思政课“学生骨干宣讲法”立足学生全面发展的需要,通过“学生骨干”这一桥梁,间接实现了实践教学对学生的“全覆盖”,以社会大课堂把思政课讲鲜讲活。但这种教学模式存在无法将全体学生直接覆盖的不足。因此,在思政课实践教学探索中,需牢固树立思政课实践教学“覆盖全体学生”的教学理念,构建规范化的实践教学体系,确保“全覆盖”的落实,并充分运用现代信息技术手段,助推“全覆盖”实现,提升思政课教学实效,充分发挥其立德树人的育人功能。

Practical teaching is an important way and key link for ideological and political courses in colleges and universities to enhance teaching pertinence and effectiveness.The "student cadre preaching method" of ideological and political courses promoted by Dali University is based on the needs of students' all-round development.Through the "student cadre" as a bridge,it indirectly realizes the "full coverage" of practical teaching for students and makes ideological and political courses fresh and vivid in the big social classroom.However,this teaching model has the deficiency that it cannot directly cover all students.Therefore,in the exploration of practical teaching of ideological and political courses,it is necessary to firmly establish the teaching concept of "covering all students" in practical teaching of ideological and political courses,construct a standardized practical teaching system to ensure the implementation of "full coverage",and make full use of modern information technology means to promote the realization of "full coverage",improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political courses,and give full play to its educational function of cultivating people with morality.
