摘要
为筛选出适合河南省农业主产区种植及青贮营养品质综合性状优良的大麦(Hordeumvulgare)品种,采用完全随机区组设计,从18个大麦品种(系)的株高、生产性能和营养品质等方面开展系统分析,利用综合生产性能和青贮营养品质的灰色关联法筛选出适应河南省农业主产区的品种资源。结果表明:不同大麦参试材料的株高、干草产量差异明显。其中Q8株高最高,其次是Q11,分别为102.31和100.10 cm,显著高于其他参试材料株高(P<0.05)。Q13株高最低,但其有效分蘖数最多,Q3有效分蘖数最少,干草产量较低;Q5的干草产量最高,达17.9 t·hm^(-2),显著高于其他参试材料,其次是Q6;Q9干草产量最低,但粗蛋白含量表现最高;Q6中性洗涤纤维含量最低,可消化干物质、物质采食量和相对饲喂价值均表现最好。通过灰色关联统计分析进行综合评价得出,Q5和Q6综合性状优秀,较适宜在当地作为优良大麦青贮品种推广种植。
To select barley varieties suitable for planting and silage nutritional quality in major agriculturalareas of Henan Province,we conducted a systematic analysis focusing on plant height,production performance and nutritional quality,among other traits.To determine the selected varieties and screen the variety of resources suitable for production in experiments,we performed a grey correlation analysis of multipleyield and quality parameters of 18 barley varieties(lines).Significant differences in plant height and hay yield among barley varieties(P<0.05)were demonstrated.Among them,Q8 had the highest height,followed by Q11,and plant height was significantly higher than other varieties examined.Q13 exhibited the highest effective tiller number with respect to the lowest plant heigh,whereas Q3 exhibited the lowest effective number and hay yield was lower than the other varieties.Hay yield of Q5 was the highest,to 17.9 t·ha^(-1),which was significantly higher than that of other barley varieties;the second highest hay yield was exhibited by Q6.Q9 has the lowest hay yield but the highest crude protein content.Q6 exhibited the best performance with respect to digestible dry matter,feed intake and relative feeding value,as well as the lowest neutral detergent fiber content.Comprehensive evaluation based on grey correlation statistical analysis revealed that Q5 and Q6 were more suitable for cultivation as barley silage varieties in the test area.
