高职院校法律专业课程实践教学存在的问题与对策研究

法律专业课程实践教学是以实践案例及操作技能为主旨,力求培养学生独立思考的能力、分析解决问题的思维,满足基层岗位对高职院校法律人才的需求。从党和国家对高职院校发展的新目标要求来看,现阶段高职院校的法律专业课程实践显然不足以承担培养高素质技能型人才的艰巨任务。基于此,在纵观多个高职学校法律专业的人才培养方案和课程实践建设的案例基础上,如何提升高职院校开展相关法律专业课程实践教学的能力和动力,整合资源加强行业链接,提升学生的知识、素养、技能水平是以后的重要方向。

Practical teaching of legal courses focuses on practical cases and operational skills,aiming to cultivate students'abilities to think independently and analyze and solve problems,thereby meeting the demand for legal talents in grassroots positions from higher vocational colleges.Considering the new goals and requirements set by the Party and state,the current practical teaching of legal courses in these colleges is evidently insufficient to shoulder the arduous task of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Based on this,and by reviewing the talent training programs and curriculum practice construction cases of legal majors in multiple vocational colleges,an important future direction is to enhance the ability and motivation of vocational colleges to conduct practical teaching of relevant legal courses,integrate resources to strengthen industry connections,and improve students'knowledge,quality,and skill levels.
