政法各单位强化多元协同是高质效办理好每一个司法案件的必由之路和必然选择。新时代下,因协同理论基础差异、我国犯罪形势的变化、案件办理过程中困境,检察机关应发挥承上启下的作用,协同各部门共同参与高质效办案工作,为实现办案效果的“三个统一”探索新路径。高质效办案应在思维养成、配套制度完善、出罪途径改造、数字手段运用、丰富刑罚承担方式等方面进一步着力,切实提升每一个案件办理质效,让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义。

Strengthening multi-faceted collaboration among various political and legal units is the inevitable path and necessary choice for effectively handling every judicial case with high quality and efficiency.In the new era,due to differences in collaborative theoretical foundations,changes in China's crime situation,and difficulties encountered in the case-handling process,procuratorial organs should play a bridging role and collaborate with various departments to jointly participate in high-quality and efficient case handling,exploring new pathways to achieve the"three unifications"in case-handling effectiveness.High-quality and efficient case handling should further focus on cultivating a proper mindset,improving supporting systems,reforming means of acquittal,utilizing digital tools,diversifying penalty-bearing methods,and other aspects,effectively enhancing the quality and efficiency of each case handled,so that the people can feel fairness and justice in every judicial case.
