摘要
加强基础研究,归根结底要靠高水平人才。本文对“双导师制”项目实施绩效情况展开问卷调查,从基本信息、合作模式、人员投入、人才培养、研究成果、省基金资助后续立项情况、获国家和省部级科技类奖励、成果转化情况等8个方面考察项目的实施绩效,分析存在的问题并提出改进建议。
Stronger basic research is ultimately backed by high-level talents.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the performance of the“two-supervisors system”project implemented.Then it examines the project’s performance from eight aspects,namely,basic information,cooperation mode,personnel investment,talent training,research results,province-funded follow-up project approval,national,ministerial and provincial science and technology awards,and commercialization of research findings.It also analyzes the existing problems and proposes some suggestions for improvement.
