摘要
茶多酚作为茶叶中一类重要的多羟基类活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎抑菌及延缓衰老等多种药理学作用,其生物利用度获得较为广泛的关注。该文总结了国内外茶多酚6种提取方法(溶剂萃取法、超临界流体萃取法、微波提取法、超声提取法、超高压提取法和酶解法)原理及其应用现状,归纳了茶多酚4种纯化技术(色谱法、吸附法、膜分离法和沉淀法)的原理及研究进展,分析不同提取纯化技术在提取纯化效率、安全性及适用性等方面的优缺点。以期开发更加高效、安全、绿色及低成本提取纯化组合技术,为后续茶多酚的应用提供新的思路。
As a crucial category of polyhydroxyl active compounds in tea,tea polyphenols have a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,anti-bacterial and delaying senility,and more and more attention has been paid to their bioavailability.In this paper,the principles and application status of 6 extraction methods(solvent extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasonic extraction,ultra-high pressure extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis)of tea polyphenols at home and abroad were summarized,the principles and research progress of 4 purification technologies(chromatography,adsorption,membrane separation and precipitation)of tea polyphenols were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of different extraction and purification techniques in extraction and purification efficiency,safety and applicability were analyzed,aiming to develop more efficient,safe,green and low-cost extraction and purification combination technology,and to provide a new idea for the subsequent application of tea polyphenols.
