摘要
宁波市结合发展规划的需要以及水资源紧缺的现状,建立“分质供水,优水优用”的工业供水模式。针对其中原水品质、制水工艺、水质标准等存在的不足,根据水源地的水质情况,比对各行业方法和标准,对工业用水水质在背景、工艺经济性和时空波动等方面存在的问题进行研究。提出4类应对措施以完善工业供水系统性建设,改善工业用水品质,提高工业供水效率:①系统构建工业水厂出水水质标准;②积极推动再生水在工业领域的回用比例增加;③主动探索制水工艺的创新与变革;④深化布局特种用途“定制水”服务。这些举措旨在为寻找可能性,使得宁波地区的工业用水达到更高的标准。
In response to the needs of development planning and the current water resources shortage,Ningbo City has established a model for industrial water supply that emphasizes“differentiated water supply strategy”and“preferential water utilization”.In view of the shortcomings of raw water quality,water production technology and water quality standard,the paper studied the prominent contradictions of industrial water quality in background,process economy and temporal and spatial fluctuations according to the existing water quality data of water sources and compared the methods and standards of various industries.Furthermore,this study proposed measures to enhance the construction of the industrial water supply system,improve the quality of industrial water use,and enhance overall efficiency:①Establishing a standard for industrial water treatment plants;②Actively promoting an increase in reclaimed water usage within industrial related fields;③Exploring innovative changes in water production technologies;④Expanding specialized services for customized purpose-specific“tailored water”.These initiatives explore possibilities for elevating industrial-water-use standards in Ningbo.
