The manufacturing industry is developing in the direction of high automation.The intelligent control system can integrate sensors,data acquisition and automatic regulation functions to achieve fully automatic control of the heat treatment furnace and reduce the need for manual intervention.In addition,the development of data and artificial intelligence technology provides more possibilities for temperature control of heat treatment furnaces.By collecting,analyzing,and utilizing large volumes of production data,control strategies can be optimized for smarter temperature regulation.As one of the important production equipment in industry,the temperature control of heat treatment furnace is directly related to product quality,and it is necessary to accurately adjust the furnace temperature according to different needs.On the basis of discussing the practical significance of intelligent temperature control of heat treatment furnace,it discusses the setting of intelligent fuzzy control system and software design,hoping that through intelligent control system,energy use can be more effectively managed,energy waste in heat treatment process can be reduced,energy utilization efficiency can be improved,production quality and flexibility can be improved.Provide more powerful support for enterprises to stand out in the fierce market competition.
