转底炉物料平衡及热平衡计算分析

摘要 转底炉工艺是目前国内钢铁企业处置含锌含铁尘泥的首选工艺。介绍了转底炉处置含锌含铁尘泥工艺技术理论原理,并着重分析了转底炉物料平衡和热平衡计算过程,同时以20万t/年转底炉为例进行物料平衡和热平衡计算论证,结论如下:转底炉配料应尽可能减少入炉球团配碳量和含水率,以提高效率和经济性;转底炉热量收入大部分来源于煤气燃烧,条件允许时应使用高热值煤气和充足的空气或氧气,保证较高的燃烧效率;转底炉余热回收率对于工序能耗控制至关重要:应重点对烟气和金属化球团产品的余热加以回收利用,并通过设计合理隔热结构、选用优质耐材等手段减少炉体散热损失。 The technology of Rotary Hearth Furnace has been the preferred process to deal with zinc-bearing and ferric wastes for steel works.The process principle of treating zinc-bearing and ferric wastes in the Rotary Hearth Furnace is introduced,then calculation process of material balance and heat balance of the Rotary Hearth Furnace is analyzed,meanwhile 200,000t/a Rotary hearth furnace is taken as an example to demonstrate the calculation,the conclusion is as follows:the carbon distribution and moisture content of the pellets into the RHF should be reduced as much as possible to improve the efficiency and economy.Most of the heat income of the RHF comes from gas combustion,so high calorific value gas and sufficient air or oxygen should be used when conditions permit to ensure high combustion efficiency;the waste heat utilization is very important for the control of process energy consumption:the waste heat utilization of exhaust and metallized pellet products should be emphasized,and the heat dissipation loss of the furnace body should be reduced by reasonable thermal insulation structure design and high-quality refractory materials.
