水性丙烯酸树脂的研究现状与应用领域

摘要 水性丙烯酸树酯因其绿色环保、耐酸、耐碱、耐候性强、成膜性好、使用安全、施工性能良好等优点,受到了广泛的关注和重视。介绍了水性丙烯酸树脂的基本性质,归纳了几种常用丙烯酸树脂合成方式的优缺点。然后叙述了丙烯酸树脂的常用改性方式,接着探讨了丙烯酸树脂在各个领域的应用,如建筑行业、汽车行业、金属防护和木质家具等领域。最后,分析了目前丙烯酸树脂所存在的问题,基于此展望了其未来的发展趋势和方向,包括通过引入新的单体、交联剂或助剂,采用先进的合成工艺,进一步提升水性丙烯酸树脂的耐水性、硬度、耐磨性等综合性能;继续深化水性丙烯酸树脂的环保性能研究,开发更低挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放、更高生物降解性的产品;进一步拓展到电子电器、航空航天、医疗器械等新兴领域,为这些领域提供更加环保、高效的解决方案。 Waterborne acrylic resin has been widely concerned and valued because of its advantages of green environmental protection,acid resistance,alkali resistance,strong weather resistance,good film-forming property,safe use and good construction performance.This paper introduced the basic properties of waterborne acrylic resin,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of several common synthesis methods of acrylic resin.Then it described the common modification methods of acrylic resin and discussed the application of acrylic resin in various fields,such as construction industry,automobile industry,metal protection and wood furniture.Finally,the existing problems of acrylic resin were analyzed.Based on this,the future development trend and direction were prospected,including the introduction of new monomers,crosslinking agents or additives,and the use of advanced synthesis processes to further improve the water resistance,hardness,wear resistance and other comprehensive properties of waterborne acrylic resin.The researchers should continue to enhance the environmental protection performance of waterborne acrylic resin and develop products with lower VOCs emissions and higher biodegradability to further expand into emerging fields such as electronics and electrical appliances,aerospace,and medical devices,providing more environmentally friendly and efficient solutions for these fields.
