生物基聚己二酸戊二胺(PA56)的性能及应用

摘要 面对全球石油能源日渐枯竭、人们环境保护意识的提高,以生物质原料开发可再生的生物基聚酰胺成为全球化工及相关行业研究开发的热点。生物基聚己二酸戊二胺(PA56)是近年来我国自主研发的新型聚酰胺纤维。其由生物发酵制备的戊二胺和己二酸聚合而成的,PA56织物具有优异的服用性能。主要论述了PA56的制备方法及性能的研究进展,同时也论述了生物基PA56的相关应用,并且展望了生物基PA56的应用前景。 In the face of the increasing depletion of global oil energy and the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection,the development of renewable bio-based polyamide from biomass raw materials has become a hotspot for research and development in the global chemical industry and related industries.Bio-based poly(pentamethylene adipamide)(PA56)is a new type of polyamide fiber independently developed in China in recent years.It is made from the polymerization of pentamethylene diamine and adipic acid prepared by biological fermentation,and the PA56 fabric has excellent performance.This paper mainly summarized the research progress of the preparation methods and performance of PA56.It also discussed the relevant applications of bio-based PA56,and looked forward to the application prospects of bio-based PA56.
