摘要
水污染已经成为一个关系到整个生态环境的问题。有机染料的危害是众所周知的。因此,染料废水必须经过无害化处理后才能排放。刚果红(CR)是最典型的偶氮阴离子染料之一。在这项工作中,合成了一种新型的铝基金属有机骨架纳米复合材料(NH_(2)-Al-PMA),用于去除CR。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TG)等表征手段验证了材料的成功合成。结果表明:NH_(2)-Al-PMA能有效去除CR,NH_(2)-Al-PMA在CR上的吸附量可达2354.61mg/g。经过5次循环后,NH_(2)-Al-PMA对CR的去除率仍为61.67%。静电相互作用、π-π和氢键可能是NH_(2)-Al-PMA去除水中CR的吸附机理,因此,NH_(2)-Al-PMA纳米复合材料是一种去除水中CR极具潜力的材料。
Water pollution has become a problem impacting the whole ecological environment.The hazards of organic dyes are well known.Therefore,dye wastewater must be harmlessly treated before discharge.Congo red(CR)is one of the most typical azo anion dyes.In this work,a novel aluminum-based metal-organic framework nanocomposite(NH_(2)-Al-PMA)was synthesized for CR removal.The successful synthesis of the material was verified by SEM,FT-IR,TG and other characterization methods.The experimental results showed that NH_(2)-Al-PMA could effectively remove CR,and the adsorption capacity of NH_(2)-Al-PMA for CR could reach 2354.61mg/g.After five cycles,the removal rate of NH_(2)-Al-PMA for CR was still 61.67%.The electrostatic interaction,π-πand hydrogen bond may be the adsorption mechanism of NH_(2)-Al-PMA for the removal of CR from water.Therefore,NH_(2)-Al-PMA nanocomposite is a material with great potential to remove CR from water.
