TOE框架下制造业企业高质量发展的组态研究——以东北地区为例

Research on Configuration of High-Quality Development of Manufacturing Enterprises under TOE Framework——A Case Study of Northeast Region in China

东北地区是中国最大的重工业基地,其制造业企业能否实现高质量发展备受关注。因此,有必要以TOE框架为理论基础,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探索技术层面因素、组织层面因素和环境层面因素对东北地区制造业企业高质量发展的联合效应。研究结果表明:东北地区制造业企业高质量发展的路径可分为技术—组织驱动型、组织—环境驱动型和多元驱动型三类。东北地区制造业企业高质量发展具有多元路径和复杂机制,其中技术创新数量、管理者能力、ESG履责及数字经济是核心要素。从组态视角解释东北地区制造业企业高质量发展的差异化路径,可以为东北地区制造业企业转型升级、实现高质量发展提供切实可行的实践路径。

Northeast China is the largest heavy industry base in China,and whether its manufacturing enter-prises can achieve high-quality development has attracted much attention.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the joint effects of technical,organizational and environmental factors on the high-quality development of manufac-turing enterprises in Northeast China based on TOE framework and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis.The results show that the high-quality development path of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China can be di-vided into three types:technology-organization driven,organization-environment driven and multiple driven.The high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China has multiple paths and complex mech-anisms,among which the number of technological innovation,management ability,ESG performance and digital economy are the core elements.The explanation of the differentiated path of high-quality development of manu-facturing enterprises in Northeast China from the perspective of configuration can provide a practical path for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China to achieve high-quality development.
