摘要
目的了解大学生积极心理品质现状及家庭相关因素对积极心理品质的预测作用。方法采用中国大学生积极心理品质量表,选取6264名大学生进行调查,采用最优尺度回归分析法分析家庭结构、亲子关系、教养方式、家庭氛围、家庭经济困难等家庭相关因素对积极心理品质的预测作用。结果①大学生积极心理品质的总分及各维度得分均超过理论均值;②除家庭经济困难不具有对节制维度的预测作用外,家庭结构、亲子关系、教养方式、家庭氛围、家庭经济困难等家庭相关因素对积极心理品质均产生预测作用。结论大学生积极心理品质的整体及各维度水平均较高;家庭结构、亲子关系、教养方式、家庭氛围、家庭经济困难等与个体积极心理品质有关,应在心理健康教育工作中加以重视。
Objective To understand the current status of positive psychological traits among college students and the predictive role of family-related factors on positive psychological traits.Methods Using the Scale of Positive Psychological Traits for Chinese College Students,a survey was conducted among 6264 college students.The optimal scaling regression analysis method was employed to analyze the predictive role of family-related factors,including family structure,parent-child relationship,parenting style,family atmosphere,and family economic difficulties,on positive psychological traits.Results①The total score and scores of each dimension of college students′positive psychological traits all exceed the theoretical average;②Apart from family economic difficulties,which did not have a predictive effect on the dimension of self-control,family-related factors such as family structure,parent-child relationship,parenting style,family atmosphere,and family economic difficulties all had predictive effects on positive psychological qualities.Conclusion The overall and individual dimensions of college students′positive psychological traits are relatively high.Family structure,parent-child relationship,parenting style,family atmosphere,and family economic difficulties are important factors that predict individuals′positive psychological traits,which should be emphasized in mental health education efforts.
