高职大学生焦虑自尊在领悟社会支持和抑郁间的链式中介作用

摘要 目的考察高职大学生领悟社会支持与抑郁的关系。方法采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自尊量表(SES)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2608名大学生进行调查。结果①焦虑和抑郁呈正相关(r=0.74,P<0.05),自尊与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.44、0.41、0.45,P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁与自尊(r=-0.52、-0.63,P<0.05)、社会支持呈负相关(P均<0.05);②高职大学生领悟社会支持直接预测抑郁、焦虑和自尊,自尊在焦虑和抑郁间起中介作用(P均<0.05);③焦虑、自尊在领悟社会支持和抑郁间起中介作用和链式中介作用(P均<0.05)。结论领悟社会支持有利于缓解高职大学生的抑郁情绪,领悟社会支持通过减少焦虑、提高自尊水平缓解个体抑郁情绪。 Objective To investigate the relationship between depression and perceived social support among college students.Methods The Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Esteem Scale(SES),and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to investigate 2608 higher vocational students.Results①Anxiety and depression were positively correlated to each other(r=0.74,P<0.05).Self-esteem was positively correlated with social support(r=0.44,0.41,0.45,all P<0.05),but anxiety and depression were negatively correlated with self-esteem(r=-0.52,-0.63,P<0.05)and social support(P<0.05).②Higher vocational students'perceived social support directly predicted depression,anxiety,and self-esteem.Self-esteem had the mediating role on anxiety and depression(P<0.05).③Anxiety and self-esteem not only mediated perceived social support and depression,but also had the chain mediating role between perceived social support and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion Social support is beneficial in alleviating depression in higher education college students,it alleviates individual depression by reducing anxiety and increasing self-esteem levels.
