大学生压力生活事件量表的编制与验证

摘要 目的编制适合测量我国大学生压力生活事件的量表,并检验此量表的信度和效度。方法通过文献分析和质性研究,构建大学生压力生活事件的维度和核心成分。对824名大学生进行横断面调查,采用内部一致性确定问卷的信度,采用探索性因子分析(EFA)和验证性因子分析(CFA)评估问卷的结构效度,采用Pearson相关系数评估问卷的内容效度。结果编制的大学生压力生活事件量表共16个题项,包括学习压力、家庭冲突、同伴拒绝、社会适应不良4个维度。量表具有较好的信效度,Cronbach'sα=0.858,χ2/ν=2.987,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.049,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.979,增量拟合指数(IFI)=0.979,规范拟合指数(NFI)=0.968,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.960。结论本研究编制的大学生压力生活事件量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估大学生压力生活事件的可靠测量工具。 Objective To develop an appropriate scale for measuring stressful life events among Chinese college students and to verify its reliability and validity.Methods The dimensions and core components of university students'stressful life events were constructed though literature review and qualitative consensus study.A total of 824 participants were conducted using a cross-sectional survey.The reliability of the scale was determined by internal consistency,the construct validity was assessed by exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),and the content validity was assessed by the Pearson correlation coefficient.Results A total of 16 questions of University Students'Stressful Life Events Scale were developed,including academic pressure,family conflict,peer rejection and social maladjustment.The University Students'Stressful Life Events Scale had good reliability and validity(Cronbach'sα=0.858,χ2/ν=2.987,RMSEA=0.049,CFI=0.979,IFI=0.979,NFI=0.968,GFI=0.960).Conclusion University Students'Stressful Life Events Scale had good validity and reliability in this study.It could be considered as a reliable tool to assess university students'stressful life events.
