基于亚控WOS云操作系统实现水厂的数字孪生以及生产管理系统

摘要 在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的浪潮中,数字孪生技术正逐渐成为推动水厂智能化转型的关键驱动力。作为一种前沿的数字化技术,数字孪生通过构建物理实体的虚拟镜像,实现对实际生产过程的精准映射、实时监控和优化控制。而亚控WOS云操作系统则为实现水厂的数字孪生提供了强大的技术支撑。基于该平台,水厂能够建立起高度逼真的虚拟模型,并与实际生产系统进行实时交互,从而实现对水处理工艺的全流程管控,提高生产效率,保障水质安全。因此,本文将聚焦亚控WOS云操作系统在水厂数字孪生和生产管理中的应用,以期为水务行业的数字化变革提供有益启示。 In the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation,digital twin technology is gradually becoming a key driving force for promoting the intelligent transformation of water plants.As a cuttingedge digital technology,digital twins achieve precise mapping,real-time monitoring,and optimized control of actual production processes by constructing virtual images of physical entities.The YACON WOS cloud operating system provides strong technical support for realizing the digital twin of water plants.Based on this platform,water plants can establish highly realistic virtual models and interact in real-time with actual production systems,thereby achieving full process control of water treatment processes,improving production efficiency,and ensuring water quality safety.Therefore,this article will focus on the application of the YACON WOS cloud operating system in the digital twin and production management of water plants,in order to provide useful insights for the digital transformation of the water industry.
