摘要
随着经济的快速发展,城市交通的实时监控系统变得越来越重要,建立全面的智能监控系统对构建平安城市和智慧城市非常重要。本文算法借助强大的计算机处理数据的能力,利用图像领域的相关理论和模式识别、计算机视觉等新兴技术,针对视频源中有用的关键信息进行提取和分析,及时地对场景下的异常情况进行识别监控,并通知有关安全人员处理危机。在人力不可及的条件下最大限度地避免误报、漏报等现象,使监控系统真正实现无人监管、智能化。
With the rapid development of the economy,real-time monitoring systems for urban transportation have become increasingly important.Establishing a comprehensive intelligent monitoring system is crucial for building safe and smart cities.This algorithm utilizes powerful computer processing capabilities and emerging technologies such as image theory,pattern recognition,and computer vision to extract and analyze useful key information from video sources.It promptly identifies and monitors abnormal situations in the scene and notifies relevant security personnel to handle crises.Minimize the occurrence of false alarms,omissions,and other phenomena in situations where human resources are not available,enabling the monitoring system to truly achieve unmanned supervision and intelligence.
