摘要
怀柔水库是北京市重要的饮用水源地和水资源调度枢纽,在洪水防御和水资源调配等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。为更好地开展防洪调度和水资源配置工作,采用Mann-Kendall非参数检验法对怀柔水库流域的水文要素演变情况进行分析。结果表明,怀柔水库流域降水量和径流量年际变化较大,年内分配不均匀,存在显著的季节特征,均在波动中呈现下降趋势。其原因除气候变化外,植树造林、修建水库、灌溉农田等人类活动会在一定程度上改变流域下垫面情况,从而对降水和产汇流造成影响。
The Huairou Reservoir is a crucial drinking water source and water resource management hub for Beijing,playing a vital role in flood defense and water resource allocation.To improve flood management and water resource distribution,the Mann-Kendall non-parametric test method is used to analyze the evolution of hydrological factors in the Huairou Reservoir basin.The results indicate significant inter-annual variability in precipitation and runoff,with uneven distribution throughout the year and notable seasonal characteristics,all showing a downward trend amidst fluctuations.In addition to climate change,human activities such as afforestation,reservoir construction,and farmland irrigation have altered the underlying surface conditions of the basin to some extent,thus affecting precipitation and runoff processes.
