摘要
文章以厦门农商银行总部大厦深基坑工程为例,分析项目建设的难点,从围护桩施工、深基坑土方开挖、深基坑石方爆破等方面出发,提出地铁结构保护措施,并对地铁2号线区间隧道主体结构竖向变形和水平变形进行监测,评价地铁保护效果。监测结果表明,深基坑开挖对地铁隧道的影响较小,工程管理效果较好,研究成果可为类似项目管理提供借鉴。
Taking the deep foundation pit engineering of Xiamen Rural Commercial Bank headquarter building as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties of project construction,and puts forward the protection measures of subway structures from the aspects of enclosure pile construction,deep foundation pit earthwork excavation and deep foundation pit stone blasting.The vertical deformation and horizontal deformation of the main structure of the subway tunnel on Line 2 are monitored to evaluate the subway protection effect.The monitoring results show that the deep foundation pit excavation has little influence on the subway tunnel,and the engineering management effect is good.The research results can provide reference for similar project management.
