By analyzing the content of construction engineering management,this paper expounds the existing management organization mode,and summarizes the current situation of construction engineering management mode,such as experience orientation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of management mode,combined with the hot field of construction engineering research,the innovation prospect of construction engineering management mode is carried out.In the future,the construction engineering management mode will develop in the direction of informatization,BIM modeling and green low-carbon style.
