近年来,我国高校招生人数屡创新高,不少省份颁布了提高高等教育毛入学率的校园基建规划,旨在改善基本办学条件,扩大招生规模。基建项目管理工作逐渐成为高校事业发展的重要组成部分,对高校的未来发展起到了关键作用。文章分析高校基建项目施工管理模式,深入探究高校基建项目施工管理存在的问题,有针对性地提出管理对策,旨在推动高校基建工作程序化、制度化、规范化,提高高校基建项目施工管理水平。

In recent years,the number of enrollment in colleges and universities in China has reached new highs.Many provinces have issued campus infrastructure construction plans to improve the gross enrollment rate of higher education,aiming to improve the basic school running conditions and expand the enrollment scale.The management of infrastructure construction projects has gradually become an important part of the development of colleges and universities,and has played a key role in the future development of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the construction management mode of infrastructure construction projects in colleges and universities,deeply explores the problems existing in the construction management of infrastructure construction projects in colleges and universities,and puts forward management countermeasures in a targeted manner,aiming at promoting the procedural,institutionalized and standardized infrastructure construction work in colleges and universities,and improving the construction management level of infrastructure construction projects in colleges and universities.
