摘要
电力建设工程中的环节相对较多,资源协调难度较大,需要对其进行进度计划管理,保证电力建设工程按计划完成。文章总结项目进度控制要点,并提出制订详细的进度计划方案、加强工程准备工作、对施工过程进行进度管理、协调工程各项目的分工合作及实时监督等进度计划管理措施,旨在保证电力建设工程按时交付。
There are relatively many links in the power construction engineering,and it is difficult to coordinate resources.It is necessary to carry out schedule management to ensure that the power construction engineering is completed as planned.This paper summarizes the key points of project schedule control,and puts forward some schedule management measures,such as formulating detailed schedule plan,strengthening engineering preparation,conducting schedule management of construction process,coordinating division and cooperation of various projects and carrying out real-time supervision,in order to ensure the timely delivery of power construction engineering.
