仿生锯齿形壁面对压缩机排气噪声的影响

摘要 针对活塞式压缩机在排气过程中,排气阀压紧块壁面产生涡流导致噪声过大的问题,以某活塞式压缩机为研究对象,基于Fluent对活塞式压缩机内部流场进行模拟,确定涡流产生的壁面位置,对压紧块壁面进行仿生锯齿形结构正交设计,得到16组正交试验方案,对16组方案进行流场分析与声学仿真,得到8号试验的降噪效果最为明显。结果表明,采用仿生锯齿形壁面设计的压紧块可以降低气体的湍流动能和速度,最大气体速度降低了8.314 m/s,最大湍流动能下降了25.413 m^(2)/s^(2),最大压力减小了0.53 Pa,减少涡流的产生和对压缩机出口流域壁面的冲击;齿高为2.2 mm,齿宽为2.3 mm,齿距为1.0 mm的方案降噪效果最优,噪声降低3.92 dB,降噪率为4.5%。研究结果为压缩机排气噪声的降低提供了指导和参考。 In order to solve the problem of excessive noise caused by vortex on the wall of the compression block of the exhaust valve during the exhaust process of the piston compressor,the internal flow field of the piston compressor was simulated based on Fluent to determine the position of the wall generated by the vortex,and the orthogonal design of the bionic zigzag structure was carried out on the wall of the compression block,and 16 groups of orthogonal test schemes were obtained,the flow field analysis and acoustic simulation of the 16 groups of schemes were carried out,and the noise reduction effect of test No.8 obtained was the most obvious.The results show that the compression block with bionic zigzag wall design can reduce the turbulent energy and velocity of the gas,the maximum gas velocity is reduced by 8.314 m/s,the maximum turbulent energy is reduced by 25.413 m^(2)/s^(2),the maximum pressure is reduced by 0.53 Pa,and the vortex generation and impact on the wall of the compressor outlet flow domain can be reduced;and the solution with the tooth height of 2.2 mm,the tooth width of 2.3 mm,and the tooth pitch of 1.0 mm has the best noise reduction effect,the noise is reduced by 3.92 dB,and the noise reduction rate is 4.5%.The research results provide guidance and reference for the reduction of compressor exhaust noise.
