适用于氢储能及运输的大流量离心压气机进口级优化设计及特性分析

Optimization design and performance analysis of high-flow hydrogen centrifugal compressor inlet stage for hydrogen energy storage and pipeline transportation

摘要 为了提升氢气离心压气机进口级等熵效率,利用自主开发的氢气离心压气机进口级一维优化设计程序,结合BP神经网络与遗传算法,对进口级进行一维优化设计。基于优化结果,采用三维造型软件构建了叶轮模型,并通过NUMECA软件进行了设计工况及变工况下的性能与流场分析。结果表明,优化后的氢气离心压气机进口级在设计工况下压比达1.071,等熵效率高达86.34%,内部气流流动正常,没有明显的气流分离现象,有较大稳定工作范围,气动性能良好。研究结果可为离心压气机进口级的优化设计提供参考。 To address the challenge of enhancing the isentropic efficiency of hydrogen centrifugal compressor inlet stage,a onedimensional optimization design program developed independently for the inlet stage of a hydrogen centrifugal compressor was used to carry out one-dimensional optimization design for the inlet stage in combination with BP neural networks and genetic algorithms.Based on the optimization results,a three-dimensional impeller model was constructed using 3D modeling software.Performance and flow field analyses were conducted under both design and variable working conditions using NUMECA software.The results indicate that the optimized hydrogen centrifugal compressor inlet stage achieves a pressure ratio of 1.071 and an isentropic efficiency of 86.34%under design conditions.The internal airflow remains stable without significant flow separation,ensuring a wide stable operating range and excellent aerodynamic performance.The research results provide valuable insights for the optimization design of the centrifugal compressor inlet stage.
