摘要
施工技术管理是项目管理中的重要环节,但是当前已有的项目管理平台对技术管理业务的支撑程度有限。在对施工技术管理工作进行广泛调研的基础上,从业务融合、数据利用的角度出发,提出了建设危大工程管理、检查整改、创新管理、项目档案库和技术资源共享五大模块的施工技术数字化管理平台优化方案,并对平台架构设计、系统部署进行优化,重塑了传统技术质量管理流程,实现了传统业务的数字化替代,提高了管理效率和质量。
Construction technology management is an important link in project management,but the current existing project management platform has limited support for technology management business.Based on the extensive investigation of construction technology management,the optimization scheme of construction technology digital management platform was put forward from the perspective of business integration and data utilization.The platform consists of five modules:dangerous large project management,inspection and rectification,innovation management,project archive and technical resource sharing.The platform architecture design and system deployment were optimized,reshaping the traditional technology quality management process,achieving the digital replacement of traditional business,and improving management efficiency and quality.
