摘要
为解决深基坑支护工程中超长钢管立柱桩吊装施工和桩顶与地面标高不一致的施工难题,文章通过采取钢管立柱桩拆分深化、设计钢管分段拼接辅助平台、垂直控制技术、吊筋预留技术、混凝土浇筑技术等方法,进行施工技术优化,减少了先进行土方开挖,再进行钢管立柱桩施工的机械设备二次进场,不仅缩短了工期,而且节省了工期成本和机械使用成本,可供参考。
In order to solve the construction problems of super-long steel pipe column pile lifting construction and inconsistency between pile top and ground elevation in deep foundation pit support engineering,this paper optimizes the construction technologies by adopting the methods of steel pipe column pile splitting deepening,the steel pipe segmental splicing auxiliary platform design,vertical control technology,suspension bar reservation technology,concrete pouring technology,etc,reduces the second entry of mechanical equipment caused by firstly carrying out earthwork excavation and then carrying out the steel pipe column pile construction,which not only shorten the construction period,but also save the construction period cost and machinery use cost.It can be used for reference.
