曲线桥钢箱梁顶推施工关键技术研究

摘要 文章以G94珠三角环线高速跨线曲线钢箱梁桥的顶推施工为研究对象,针对其复杂的施工条件和特殊的桥跨组合,提出了平台组装、步履式多点连续顶推的施工方案。通过对顶推工艺的深入分析和精细控制,确保了施工的安全高效。研究成果可为类似桥梁工程施工提供重要的技术参考。 This paper takes the incremental launching construction of G94 Pearl River Delta ring expressway crossline curved steel box girder bridge as the research object,and puts forward the construction scheme of platform assembly and walking multi-point continuous incremental launching in view of its complicated construction conditions and special bridge-span combination.Through indepth analysis and fine control of the incremental launching process,the safety and efficiency of the construction are ensured.The research results can provide important technical references for the construction of similar bridge engineering.
